how to get back your desktop icons and taskbar on your blank desktop

                              Does your Desktop looks like this . . ?

Are your desktop icons and your taskbar is missing ?

Here is the way to get back your desktop icons and your taskbar  . . .

• Open the Run command window by pressing the windows button + R  on your keyboard

Click these

• Type in " regedit " or copy and paste the command without quotes

• Go to  HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE/Software/Microsoft/WindowsNT/Current Version/Winlogon

•  Open the "shell" contents and change it to explorer.exe

•  Restart your computer

Make sure you Check include this account when receiving mail or syncing

Incoming Server : pop.att.yahoo.com

Outgoing Server : smtp.att.yahoo.com

e-mail         : bob.steve@att.net

password  : xxxxxx

Do not forget to check My servers requires authentication

Advanced Settings

Outgoing port number : 25

Incoming port number : 110
